Northcoast Endodontic Specialists  is seeking an exceptional Endodontist to join our established specialty office in Fairlawn, Ohio. Our Fairlawn office serves patients throughout the Akron/Fairlawn area and surrounding communities, with a strong referral base and an established reputation for providing high-quality endodontic care. Our practice is focused exclusively on endodontics, allowing our doctors to concentrate on clinical excellence while being supported by an experienced administrative and clinical team.

 The Opportunity  We are offering two potential career paths:

Associate Endodontist Track The Associate Track is ideal for an endodontist who wants to join an established practice, focus on patient care, and develop their clinical and professional relationships without the immediate responsibilities of ownership.

As an Associate, you will have the opportunity to:

Clinical Environment

Our doctors provide comprehensive endodontic care, including:

• Non-surgical root canal therapy
• Endodontic retreatment
• Endodontic surgery
• Treatment of complex endodontic cases
• Diagnosis of dental pain
• Management of dental trauma
• Treatment of cracked teeth and challenging anatomy
• Emergency endodontic care

Our practice utilizes modern diagnostic and treatment technology, including digital imaging and surgical microscopes, to support precise diagnosis and high-quality clinical outcomes. All offices are equipped with Morita CBCT scanners.

 We are seeking an Endodontist who is:
