We are open to serve you, answer questions or schedule an appointment during the following hours:
Monday-Friday: 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
Appointments
Your scheduled appointment time has been reserved specifically for you. We request 24-hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment. We are aware that unforeseen events sometimes require missing an appointment. After missing your second appointment without notifying us 24 hours in advance, you may be subject to being charged an additional fee. Broken appointments without notification generate a dismissal letter from this office.
Payment Options
Our friendly staff will advise you of the amount due at time of service. We accept Cash, Checks, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and Care Credit. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to call and speak to our staff prior to your appointment.
Insurance
We participate with most if not all insurance carriers as well as most discount plans. Please contact the office or your insurance company to verify our participation with your specific plan. Plan Participation and fees will be verified the day of your appointment. We will file your insurance claim and you will be responsible for the estimated portion due at the time of treatment. In the event of an overpayment we will send you a refund check in the mail, any balance incurred we will send you a statement. In the event of a denial or insurance processing error please contact the office as we do our part in expediting an appropriate solution.
