Patient Billing

carecreditOur friendly and knowledgeable staff will advise you the amount due at the time of service. We participate with most insurance carriers and most discount plans. We accept Cash, Checks, MasterCard, Visa, Discover and CareCredit. Plan participation and fees will be verified the day of your appointment. We file your insurance claim and your portion or responsibility is due at the time of treatment. In the event of any overpayment or under payment we will contact you via mail.

If you have no dental insurance we offer a senior citizen discount or a payment in full discount.If there is financial difficulty, please contact our office staff to make arrangements. This must be done prior to your appointment. 

If you would like to know your estimated portion please fill out and return the new patient registration forms to allow our office to verify your current benefits. Any and all estimates are not a guarantee of insurance payments or available benefits. After your insurance pays any questions maybe directed to our accounting department.
